Dr. Pat Steet
Dr. Steet earned her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership and her Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership from the University of La Verne. She also holds a Masters in Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJLEL) from Tulane Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Thomas Edison State University.
Dr. Steet also holds numerous professional certifications; the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Professional in Human Resources with a California labor law designation (PHRca), the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and she is a Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist (CEAS).
As a long-term Board member, Dr. Steet currently serves as the Director of Legislation for the Inland Empire SHRM (IE SHRM). As a passionate member of SHRM’s National “A” Team, Pat vigorously lobbies for labor laws on National and State levels that support employers yet preserve employee rights.
Pat’s objective is to optimize organizational effectiveness and drive human resource compliance while spiriting organizational growth and sustainability. Her ability to assess the needs of her clients and present effective solutions, allow organizations to achieve their immediate operational goals and refocus on their long-term strategic objectives.
